What areas do you serve?

I currently serve Oakley and nearby surrounding communities. If you’re not sure whether you’re in my service area, just reach out — I’m always happy to check.

What are your hours?

I operate Monday–Saturday 6am-10pm with flexible pickup and drop‑off windows to fit your schedule. If you need something outside normal hours, message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

How do I schedule a pickup?

You can schedule through my website, text, or message — whatever is easiest for you. Once you choose a time, I’ll confirm and send a reminder before arrival.

How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?

Just place your items in a bag — any bag works. If you have special instructions, toss a note inside or send them to me directly.

Do you separate colors and delicates?

Absolutely. I treat your laundry like my own. Colors, whites, delicates, and specialty fabrics are all washed separately.

What detergents and products do you use?

I use high‑quality, skin‑friendly detergents and softeners, Scent Beads, Dryer Sheets & OxyClean. I also have Whitener and Vinegar and Baking Soda. If you prefer fragrance‑free or have sensitivities, I offer hypoallergenic options too.

Do you offer stain treatment?

Yes — I pre‑treat stains using safe, effective methods. While I can’t guarantee every stain will come out, I give each one my best effort.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Nope. You can leave your laundry in a safe spot on your porch and I’ll handle the rest. Just let me know where to find it.

How long does the service take?

Most orders are completed within 24 hours. Larger loads or special requests may take a bit longer, but I’ll always communicate timing upfront.

What if I need same‑day service?

Message me! If my schedule allows, I’ll make it happen.

How do you charge for laundry?

$1.50 Lb. Specialty items like comforters and blankets have individual rates. See Pricing Page

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, Check and Cash of course!

Are there any extra fees?

No hidden fees. If anything requires special handling, I’ll let you know before I begin.

Do you handle sensitive items like baby clothes or uniforms?

Yes — just let me know what needs extra care and I’ll treat it accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me a quick heads‑up.

What if something gets damaged or goes missing?
